This time is an introduction  of beef bowl ‘Yoshinoya’.

What is Yoshinoya?

Yoshinoya’s beef bowl, which was born in 1899.

What is beef bowl?

Yoshinoya was born in a fish market located in Tokyo / Nihonbashi. Customers are craftsmen working on the fish bank.

The work of the fish market is a hard labor, and once the work stars, there is no time to dine at all. So, the founder, Matuda Eikichi, who worked at a restaurant, looked at the “beef cattle” that was a story at the time.

“Yurakutystore”whitch is said to be the most delicious beef bowl in Yoshinoya store.  ↑

The reason why the Yurakucho store is said to be delicious is that the number of visitors in the largest in the country, so that a lot of beef and onions are always cooked in a large pan and a thick soup stock can be taken.

If you see Yoshinoya, please come close to the store by all means. It will be sucked in by the smell of beef and soup.（Lol）

Founding first

Eikichi Matsuda, who worked at a restaulant, looked at the “beef cattle” that was a story at thd time. In order to have a full stomach of delicious things, we offered beef and rice which was still premium at that time in a superior unit “Arita-yaki noodle” and filldd the craftsmen’s stomach.

Over the past 100 years, we have overcome various crises so far and have made improvements aiming for “Umami” avove.

There are reasons to last 100 years.

Japanese proverb says “There is one things to see. In other words, let’s eat.

Menu

There are a lot of menus and l think that l do not know which one to choice.

So, let’s choose “beef bowl” from the menu that has been running for 100 years.

We will add “raw egg”, “miso soup”, “salad”, etc. to your “beef bowl” as you like.

By the way, it is “Set meal dish” if it is recommended menu. Just ordering here will bring you a cow dish, rice, miso soup, raw eggs, lt takes a word. (Lol).   ↓

Beef bowl has S, M, L, XL like McDonald’s potato. Rice and beef will increase as you go upward. If XL is not enough, please go into the second cup. (Lol).

Raw egg?, But do not worry though in may seem. Japan is a country where you can eat raw fish. “Raw egg rice” which put raw egg on rice and and eat it with soy source, so-called “TKG” is one of Japanese favorite food.

”Chopsticks” are on the right. On the left is a “toothpick”.   ↑

If you can use chopsticks well, please eat with a spoon.   ↑

Red on is “Red ginger”. It is an indepensable topping for beef bowl. The right hand is “Seven taste chilli”. The back is “soy spice”. It is advicesable to put the meat there and eat it.

Please sprinkle “Seven taste chilli” on beef bowl and miso soup as you like
